I'm quite missing Kurtis Trent too, at the mo. He was an alright character though he was a little slow. He made the game story great, though, gave Lara a little more human sense to her, having male VS female and then team up thing. I ate it all up, I'm sorry, Kurtis haters. I loved that he was in Tomb Raider.

I wouldn't call that flirting. I see that as being more like a way "to get that kind of attention."

He does obviously find her attractive; check out TR5 when Pierre tells him to search her. "Well if I don't get the best jobs!" (Or something like that).
